Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including vegetables and fruits
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures as directed
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Maintain farm facilities and equipment in optimal condition
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship (or currently hold valid H2A status)
- Minimum 1 year of agricultural or farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred for machinery operation
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings
- Willingness to relocate to Fort Worth, TX area
- Pass background check and drug screening
