Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, cotton)
- Maintain crop health through fertilization and pest control
- Perform quality inspections and sorting of harvested produce
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in general farm maintenance and equipment repair
- Document daily work activities and production metrics
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour days during peak season
- Team player with strong work ethic
