Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, combines, and irrigation systems
- Perform manual labor including planting, weeding, harvesting, and crop maintenance
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures as directed
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce
- Maintain farm equipment and report maintenance needs
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Previous farm experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate heavy farm machinery (training provided)
