Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, nuts)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain irrigation systems and field sanitation
- Inspect crops for quality and maturity
- Follow safety protocols and USDA guidelines
- Assist with planting and field preparation
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1 year agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Ability to pass background check
