Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, vegetables)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures safely
- Perform field maintenance including irrigation setup and equipment repair
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards

Qualifications
