Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance
- Operate farm equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect crops for quality and pest/disease prevention
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Maintain accurate field records and inventory logs
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize crop yields
- Participate in irrigation system maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year of agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
