Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist with irrigation, pruning, and weeding as directed by supervisors.
- Load and unload agricultural products and materials for transport.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and farm protocols.
- Work flexible hours as required, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain and maintain an H2A Visa (or eligible to work in the US).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy items for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions quickly.
- Basic English proficiency (preferred for safety communication).
