Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop planting, cultivation, and harvesting
- Operate basic farm equipment under supervision (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Sort, pack, and prepare agricultural products for shipment
- Maintain field cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with pest management and crop monitoring
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and H2A program guidelines
- Participate in mandatory safety training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior agricultural experience required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina for manual labor (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
