Responsibilities
- Assist in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of seasonal crops.
- Perform manual labor including weeding, thinning, and irrigation.
- Package harvested goods and prepare them for market transport.
- Operate standard farm machinery under supervision (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (or currently hold an H2A visa).
- No prior farming experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina required to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
