Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Maintain crop health through pest control and irrigation management
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for market shipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Assist with general farm maintenance and equipment upkeep
Qualifications
