Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, etc.)
- Operate farm machinery under supervision (tractors, harvesters)
- Maintain field cleanliness and irrigation systems
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - training provided!
- Must have valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation to worksite
