Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, and herbs)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and inspection protocols
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers under supervisor guidance
- Assist with field preparation and planting activities
- Adhere to all OSHA and USDA safety standards
- Participate in team-based field operations
Qualifications
- Must be H2A visa eligible or willing to obtain sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
- No prior agricultural experience required
- Must pass pre-employment physical examination
