Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, harvesting, and crop maintenance
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect crops for quality and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
- Attend mandatory safety and operational training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status with legal authorization to work in the US
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
