Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting (lettuce, onions, melons) with precision and efficiency
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/fertilization needs
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Maintain clean work areas and follow sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and employer guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to relocate temporarily to Henderson, NV
