Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest diverse crops including vegetables and grains
- Monitor crop health and implement pest/disease control measures
- Maintain farm cleanliness and proper sanitation protocols
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and safety standards
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packing operations
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation and soil management activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
