Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest diverse crops including tomatoes, almonds, and grapes
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Implement pest control measures and crop monitoring protocols
- Perform field maintenance tasks including pruning, thinning, and irrigation management
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards throughout production
- Assist in crop packing and processing activities
- Participate in seasonal harvest operations with extended hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year verifiable agricultural experience
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, variable weather)
- Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours during peak seasons
- Commitment to 6-12 month employment period
