Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal vegetables using hand tools and light machinery
- Operate irrigation systems and maintain field hygiene standards
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution
- Adhere to all safety protocols and pesticide application guidelines
- Assist with greenhouse propagation and soil management
- Participate in daily farm maintenance tasks
- Document work activities and harvest yields
Qualifications
- Valid H-2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
