Responsibilities
- Coordinate H2A visa applications, housing, and transportation for seasonal workers
- Manage daily farm operations scheduling and labor allocation
- Conduct remote payroll processing and compliance documentation
- Train workers on safety protocols and agricultural best practices
- Collaborate with farm managers to optimize crop production cycles
- Monitor worker welfare and resolve operational issues remotely
- Prepare quarterly reports for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in agricultural workforce management
- Proficiency in H2A program regulations and compliance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of OSHA farm safety standards
- Ability to travel to farm sites (20% time)
- Associate degree in Agriculture or related field preferred
