Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Develop proprietary algorithms for next-generation neural interfaces
- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates and publish in top-tier journals (Nature, Science)
- Translate theoretical models into scalable industrial prototypes
- Collaborate with EU and Asian research hubs on global standards
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, or AI (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years published research in Nature/Science-indexed journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Demonstrated success in securing federal research grants
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
- Patents in neural network architecture or nanotechnology
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for international collaborations
