Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Generative AI frameworks for high-volume enterprise applications.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Large Language Model (LLM) optimization, safety alignment, and hallucination reduction.
- Architect and implement deep learning pipelines utilizing distributed computing and edge devices.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate next-gen AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and continuous integration/deployment.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends, including Agentic workflows and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of deploying models serving billions of requests with sub-millisecond latency.
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures (Transformers, Attention Mechanisms) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
