Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update complex data into company databases and CRM systems on a daily basis.
- Manage and distribute incoming correspondence, emails, and internal memos with precision and speed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, booking conference rooms, and taking minutes.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by organizing necessary paperwork and materials.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors at the front desk or reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in administrative coordination, data entry, or a related field.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines and office protocols.
