The Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows and providing high-level support to senior management. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior leadership with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive summaries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle all travel arrangements, including itineraries, flights, accommodations, and expense reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phones and directing inquiries professionally.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Assist with special projects, event planning, and office logistics to ensure a productive work environment.
- Process incoming mail and distribute communications efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Associate degree or equivalent administrative certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
