Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior management.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries via phone and email.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and handle incoming mail and packages.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and client networking functions.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update databases and records with precision and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certificate in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a multi-tasking environment.
- Software: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Interpersonal: Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
