What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Screen and direct phone calls; respond to emails and general inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist with event planning, including team building activities, client lunches, and quarterly all-hands meetings.
- Process invoices, maintain expense reports, and manage office supply inventory.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients visiting the New York office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate or financial setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional overtime as needed.
