Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash.
- Maintain office inventory and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and handling general HR inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
