Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and email inquiries.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, travel arrangements, and vendor relations.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy accessibility.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general administrative paperwork.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
