- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain accurate financial records
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and visitors with polished communication
- Oversee office inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply procurement
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail
- Coordinate onboarding processes and new hire paperwork
- Support cross-departmental projects with data entry and file management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive situations
