Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Order and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and monthly data analysis.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
