Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in scaling global R&D initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology from Tier-1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for international stakeholder engagement
