Qualifications
- 10+ Years Experience: Proven track record in software architecture, specifically within high-scale tech environments.

- Programming Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Quantum Readiness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and Q# or similar languages.
