Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic vision

- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Identify and assess disruptive startups for potential acquisition/partnership
- Present findings to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or product development leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
