Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI frameworks)
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Drive biotech-digital convergence initiatives (neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Establish sustainability tech protocols for carbon-negative operations
- Partner with venture capital to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present future-state visions to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with futurist certification
- Published research in quantum algorithms, AI ethics, or biotech-digital interfaces
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation ($50M+ projects)
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse ecosystems, and spatial computing
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
