Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products/services using emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and strategic adoption velocity
- Identify and mitigate systemic risks associated with technological singularity scenarios
- Curate executive thought leadership content on future-shaping trends
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with agile resource allocation methodologies
- Foster startup partnerships and M&A pipeline for disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futures/foresight methodologies
- Proven track record leading AI, sustainability, or exponential technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Innovation, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and trend analysis
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience managing global distributed innovation teams
