Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for AI-human symbiosis in enterprise environments
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and academic institutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists and engineers
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling ROI projections
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or advanced R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or carbon-negative tech
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futuristics
- Public speaking at TED/Nexus/Gartner-level conferences
