Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and government grants
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress using advanced analytics platforms
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published 20+ patents or peer-reviewed papers
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Strong network with VCs, policymakers, and academic institutions
