Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with proven impact on organizational strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation or thought leadership publications
