Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect scalable machine learning models that solve complex, future-proof problems in the enterprise sector.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Identify emerging trends in quantum computing and AI ethics to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives, ensuring measurable ROI and technological advancement.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders in a clear, persuasive, and non-technical manner.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformer architectures, and next-gen neural networks.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale AI projects with measurable business impact.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about future technological landscapes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
