Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI models tailored for the year 2026 and beyond, including Large Language Models and autonomous agents.
- Lead the research and implementation of Quantum-Enhanced Machine Learning algorithms to solve complex optimization problems.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI safety, interpretability, and ethical alignment.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Hardware) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into broader ecosystems.
- Publish cutting-edge research papers and contribute to open-source communities in the AI space.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-level systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq) and their application to AI.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies.
