Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions with 5-10 year impact
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum systems
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFt) preferred
