- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate quantum algorithms into deployable infrastructure
- Optimize quantum resource allocation across distributed computing networks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 10+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
