- Develop patent-protected quantum error correction methodologies
- Present research findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE Quantum Week conferences
- Lead quantum security protocols for national infrastructure projects
- Mentor postdoctoral fellows in quantum machine learning integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading quantum research teams with published Nature/Science papers
- Expertise in superconducting qubits, topological quantum computing, or photonic systems
- Proven track record of securing $3M+ in research grants
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction thresholds and fault tolerance
- Experience collaborating with DOE/NIST quantum initiatives
