Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Oversee experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum error correction frameworks
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week 2026
- Manage $2M R&D budget with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum coherence systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor architectures
- Demonstrated ability to secure DoD/NASA research grants
- Expertise in topological quantum computing models
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
