Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with quantum hardware manufacturers to optimize system performance
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Create roadmaps for quantum integration with classical computing infrastructure
- Pioneer research in quantum machine learning applications
- Present breakthrough findings at international tech symposia
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum system architecture
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes technical projects
- Strong background in distributed computing and cloud infrastructure
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., IBM Quantum Safe)
