Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (post-doc preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI topics
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Proven track record securing DoE/NSF/DARPA research funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum simulation frameworks
