Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Research and Development initiatives focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Readiness, and Web3 integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, and executive leadership to communicate complex technical strategies.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify and prototype high-impact technologies to ensure the company remains ahead of the competition.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles and improve cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate long-term strategic goals into executable technical roadmaps.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), AI/ML frameworks, and emerging tech stacks.
