Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 project roadmap, aligning with strategic business objectives and emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains to deliver complex solutions
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping, agile methodologies, and data-driven decision making
- Manage stakeholder relationships across C-suite levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while maintaining project velocity and quality standards
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the team
- Represent FutureTech at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership, with 5+ years managing large-scale projects ($10M+ budget)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record delivering complex initiatives in regulated or high-impact industries
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills with measurable results
- Strong technical background with ability to bridge engineering and business domains
- Certification in PMP, SAFe, or equivalent agile leadership framework
- Experience building and scaling high-performing technical teams
