- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify innovation opportunities
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget through data-driven investment proposals
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with compelling storytelling
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services (2018-2023)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global organizations
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovation initiatives with measurable impact
