- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives and ESG principles
- Manage venture-style portfolio of experimental projects with rapid prototyping cycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons and cross-disciplinary ideation sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, venture capital, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
