Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch disruptive products/services
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify future opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI tracking for 2026 initiatives
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching 5+ successful initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in future-trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, Python, R)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, ICF) a plus
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
