Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and bio-hybrid systems
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen autonomous platforms with 99.99% reliability thresholds
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on temporal prediction algorithms for climate and market forecasting
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI decision-making in critical infrastructure systems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Mentor teams in emerging tech certification pathways
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D grants from NSF and DARPA initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading R&D in autonomous systems or predictive modeling
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on machine learning or complex systems
- Expertise in federated learning architectures and blockchain-verified data provenance
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for DoD projects
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and CausalML frameworks
- Track record of scaling technologies from prototype to global deployment
